About Us

The Institute of Natural-Traditional and Integrative Medicine is established under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 as an institution limited by guarantee and is currently pursuing an Act for a Charter as a professional body established by law in Nigeria. As a primary professional body dedicated to the promotion and standardization of Traditional Complementary and Integrative Medicine (TCIM), the Institute is actively working toward its full establishment by an Act of the Federal Government of Nigeria. Our core mandate is to establish and maintain the highest standards of professional qualifications and ethics within the TCIM field, granting professional qualifications—rather than academic qualifications—to ensure the proficiency of practitioners nationwide.
